Terms & Conditions – Oddle Eats Corporate Referral Programme

Effective as of 27 July 2025

  1. GENERAL

    1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Oddle Eats Corporate Referral Programme (“Programme”). The Programme is operated by The Oddle Company Pte. Ltd. (“Oddle”, “we”, “us”).

    2. To participate in the Programme, you must submit a referral using Oddle’s official referral form. In these Terms:

      1. “Referrer” means the individual submitting the referral;

      2. “Referral” means the contact or company being referred to Oddle; and

      3. “Referral Form” means Oddle’s official referral submission form.

    3. By submitting a Referral Form, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    4. We may revise these Terms at any time without notice to you. You should visit this webpage from time to time and review the Terms.

    5. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Programme at any time, without notice to you, and without liability.

  2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

    1. To participate in the Programme, your submission must include:

      1. your full name;

      2. your valid email address;

      3. the Referral’s full name;

      4. the Referral’s work email address;

      5. the Referral’s company name; and

      6. any other information as required in the Referral Form.

    2. You represent and warrant that:

      1. all information provided in your submission is true, accurate, current and complete;

      2. you have the legal right to provide the Referral’s information;

      3. you have obtained any necessary consent from the Referral to share their information with Oddle; and

      4. you are at least 18 years old.

  3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

    1. To qualify for the referral reward, the Referral must:

      1. have a valid and verifiable work email address;

      2. be based in Singapore;

      3. represent a company that is not an existing Oddle customer;

      4. be a decision-maker or have influence over corporate meal solutions at their company; and

      5. not have been previously referred to Oddle by another party.

    2. The following Referrals are not eligible for rewards:

      1. self-referrals;

      2. referrals of Oddle employees or their immediate family members;

      3. referrals of companies already in active discussions with Oddle; and

      4. referrals submitted with incomplete, false or misleading information.

    3. If multiple referrals are received for the same company or contact, only one reward will be issued. Oddle will determine the eligible Referrer based on:

      1. the timestamp of the submission;

      2. the completeness and accuracy of the submission; and

      3. our sole discretion.

  4. REFERRAL REWARDS

    1. Subject to verification and these Terms, the Referrer will receive a S$15 Oddle Eats voucher (“Voucher”) for each verified Referral.

    2. Verification process:

      1. each Referral will be verified within 7 business days of submission;

      2. we may contact the Referral to verify their details and interest;

      3. we reserve the right to reject any Referral that does not meet our eligibility criteria; and

      4. our decision on eligibility is final and binding.

    3. Voucher issuance:

      1. Vouchers will be issued within 7 business days after successful verification;

      2. Vouchers will be sent to the email address provided by the Referrer;

      3. Vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions, including validity period and minimum spend requirements;

      4. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; and

      5. lost or expired Vouchers will not be replaced.

  5. CONFIDENTIALITY

    1. The identity of the Referrer will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to the Referral or any third party without the Referrer’s explicit consent.

    2. This confidentiality obligation does not apply to disclosures:

      1. required by law or court order;

      2. to our professional advisors bound by confidentiality obligations; or

      3. with your prior written consent.

  6. DATA PROTECTION

    1. By submitting a Referral, you acknowledge and agree that:

      1. Oddle may contact the Referral for legitimate business purposes, including introducing Oddle’s corporate solutions;

      2. all personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at https://oddle.me/privacy-policy/);

      3. you have obtained any necessary consent from the Referral for Oddle to contact them; and

      4. you will indemnify Oddle for any claims arising from your failure to obtain such consent.

  7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

    1. You agree not to:

      1. submit false, misleading or inaccurate information;

      2. submit referrals using automated means or scripts;

      3. create multiple accounts to submit duplicate referrals;

      4. engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices;

      5. violate any applicable laws or regulations; or

      6. breach any third party’s privacy or data protection rights.

    2. Any violation of these prohibitions may result in:

      1. disqualification from the Programme;

      2. forfeiture of any pending or future rewards;

      3. legal action; and

      4. liability for any damages incurred by Oddle.

  8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. The Programme is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddle disclaims all liability for:

      1. any inability to participate in the Programme;

      2. any errors or omissions in the Programme;

      3. any unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions;

      4. any loss of data or submissions; and

      5. any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

    3. In no event shall Oddle’s total liability exceed the value of the Voucher(s) you are entitled to receive.

  9. INDEMNITY

    1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oddle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal costs), or liabilities arising from:

      1. your breach of these Terms;

      2. your violation of any third party rights;

      3. any false or misleading information you provide; and

      4. your participation in the Programme.

  10. PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS

    1. Oddle reserves the right to:

      1. modify these Terms at any time;

      2. change the reward structure or amount;

      3. suspend or terminate the Programme;

      4. modify eligibility criteria; and

      5. disqualify any participant for any reason.

    2. Changes will be effective upon posting to this webpage. Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

  11. APPLICABLE LAWS

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without reference to conflicts of laws rules.

    2. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to all disputes arising from these Terms or the Programme.

  12. MISCELLANEOUS

    1. If any provision in these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

    2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Oddle regarding the Programme and supersede any prior agreements or representations.

    3. Oddle’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

    4. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Oddle’s prior written consent.
