Oddle Eats Corporate Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

   1. To take part in the referral programme, you must submit a Referral using Oddle’s official referral form.

      1. A Recommender is the individual submitting the Referral.
      2. A Referral is the contact or company being referred to Oddle.

   2. Each submission must include:

      1. Recommender’s full name
      2. Recommender’s email address
      3. Referral’s contact details
      4. Referral’s company

2. Eligibility

   1. To qualify for the referral reward, the Referral must:

      1. Have a valid and verifiable work email address
      2. Be based in Singapore
      3. Be submitted with accurate and complete information

   2. Each recommender may only submit one contact per company.

   3. If multiple Referrals are received, only one reward will be issued. Oddle will determine the eligible Referrer based on:

      1. Who submitted the Referral first
      2. Whether the Referral is a valid decision-maker
      3. Whether the Referral form is complete and accurate

   4. This referral programme is not open to Oddle employees.

3. Referral Rewards

   1. The Recommender will receive a $15 Oddle Eats Voucher for every verified Referral.
   2. Each Referral will be verified within 7 business days of submission.
   3. Vouchers will be issued within 7 business days after verification.
   4. Vouchers may be subject to an expiry date or minimum spend, as stated in the voucher terms.

4. Referral Confidentiality

The identity of the Recommender will always remain anonymous and will not be shared with anyone, including the Referral.

5. Communications

   1. By submitting a Referral, the Recommender acknowledges that the Referral may receive business outreach emails that is
      1. Offering staff perks, group discounts, or corporate dining benefits
      2. Exploring partnerships for team meals, catering, or office events
      3. Initiating outreach regarding relevant F&B corporate solutions
   2. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Oddle Privacy Policy.

6. Programme Changes

Oddle reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Referral Offer at any time without prior notice.
